Summary of Qualifications........................


I have 12 years of experience as a Professional Storyteller, Multipurpose Workshop Presenter and Writer. My stories carry a positive message. My workshops are designed to go beyond entertainment, to encouraging and motivating. My writing is from the heart.
My goal: Thru my storytelling, workshops and writing I want to plant a seed that will inspire someone to work towards achieving some of their goals and dreams. And, at the end of the day I want to feel like I have brought a little joy into the lives of those I touched that day.

Facilitated:

St Louis City Elementary, Middle and High Schools and the Ferguson-Florissant School. Elementary Schools. Created and presented 650+ storytelling, puppetry and motivational workshops. (5 yrs.)

Missouri Humanities Council "Read From the Start" Workshops: Designed to show parents or caregiver’s imaginative and creative ways to read to a child ages 0-5 years. (8 years)

St. Louis Parks, Recreation and Forestry Dept. (Yearly, six (6) week), workshops for 35-50 disadvantaged students in storytelling and puppetry. Students finish the workshop with a sense of accomplishment and pride, based on successfully completing their projects and knowing more about the art form. Created and presented 54 workshops. (8 years)

Florissant Valley Community College 18-storytelling and public speaking workshop. Meramec Community Colleges 1-storytelling workshop.

Created and present a series of storytelling, puppetry, anger management, motivational and self-improvement workshops. These presentations are designed to inspire an "I Can" attitude in students, teachers and adults. (6 years)
My Goal: Build skills, enhance participant’s presentations, improve personal character development, outline a course of action and plant seeds.
