are designed to go beyond entertainment, to encouraging and motivating. I have created and presented over 700 storytelling, puppetry and motivational workshops and presentations for schools, city parks, libraries and private organizations. All of my workshops are designed to inspire and “I Can” attitude.

Finding Your Corner Of The Porch: Writing And Telling Your Personal Stories This workshop is designed to help you learn how to write and tell your personal stories. I will show you how to open the door, step out on the porch and find your corner. I found my corner of the porch and you can find yours also. You will discover that the secret to finding your corner of the porch can be easy once you know the way. My goal: I want everyone to leave knowing the way to their corner of the porch.

Creative Storytelling Workshop:
This workshop is for the novice and season storyteller, the only requirement is that you come with as open mind. The workshop is packed with ideas and things to learn and do as I show you fresh approaches to your storytelling.
My goal: I want everyone to leave feeling creative and excitedabout their next storytelling.

Diversity Awareness Workshop: - (With or Without Puppets):
Many of our schools and places of employment are diverse these days, everyone, teacher/student, employer/employee all face numerous unresolved issues. Everyone is looking for workable solutions that all can live by and many have unanswered questions. This informal interactive workshop is designed to help you come up with possible answers. In this workshop we will work towards a more unified understanding of this new diverse society that we live in.
With Teachers and Adults: Thru role play we will discuss the impact of negative and positive attitudes. And, as a group we will come up with workable solutions. We will cover how important it is important for the teacher or employer to lead by example and learn to listen.
With Students: Thru role play with puppets we will act out issues and work toward resolving them. The issues include respecting teachers, piers, dress, foods, cultural differences, languages and other.
My goal: To open a door to a better understanding of today’s issues that everyone can live by.

Conflict Resolution/Anger Management Workshop: - (Told Thru Puppets):
Participants will work towards a solution to their problems in several different ways. With my guidelines you will present and be presented with problems that need to be resolved. Problems and solutions will be discussed throughout the workshop. In an informal setting we will discuss the issues and how to assimilate the solutions into the participant’s places of employment.
My Goal: Is to plant seeds of resolution and weed out anger issues.

Puppetry Workshop - For The Beginner:
This is as informal workshop. We will cover all of the basic steps needed to get you started in puppetry. And, I will show you how to manipulate your puppets. We will make a simple hand puppet (if schedule permits). Participants will receive handouts.
My Goal: Is to have you leave excited about puppetry and wanting to explore and learn more about it.

Storytelling Workshop - For The Beginner, How to Get Started:
This workshop is for the storyteller inside each of us. In this beginner storyteller workshop you will receive all of the basic information that you will need to get started. I will also share some of my storytelling tips on how to tell a better story. Participants will receive handouts.
My goal: Is to make sure that everyone has the basic tools needed to get you started in storytelling.
